Scope

This notice covers the public website at auramatrix.ai. It does not cover any private research preview or other service that may be governed by its own terms.

What this website collects

The website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. Standard server logs generated when you load the site (such as IP address, user agent, and requested pages) may be retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

Request access form

If you use the Request access form, you may provide a work email, organization, role, and an optional note. Where a submission endpoint is connected, this information is sent to AuraMatrix so that we can respond to your request. Where no endpoint is connected, the form does not transmit or store your information; it prepares an email draft in your own mail client, which you control.

How information is used

Information you send is used only to respond to your request and to communicate with you about AuraMatrix. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention and your choices

Request information is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting conversation. You may ask us to correct or delete information you have provided by writing to hello@auramatrix.ai.
